• Children under 2 stay for free

• Children between 3 and 12 are charged at 50% discount

• Check-in time is between 14:00 & 18:00.

• Our office and admin team will process booking requests between 08:00 and 18:00 not after hours.

• Check-out time is strictly before 10:00. Guests are welcome to enjoy the facilities after vacating the room. 

• Late check-outs will be fined R100.00 per hour.

• Breakfast will be served between 08:00 and 10:30. ​

• Please be sure to use the entrance across Spar and the petrol station. Google maps route goes to the service gate.

Rules and Regulations on our indemnity forms:

• General Indemnity

• All guests enter and use the lodge, accommodation units, parking areas, common areas, swimming pool, walkways, and estate facilities entirely at their own risk.

• Guests are responsible for the conduct and safety of all members of their party, including children, invitees, and visitors during their stay.

• Guests will be held liable for any damage, breakages, loss of property, excessive cleaning, or misuse of lodge facilities caused by themselves or any member of their party. Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.

• Use of the swimming pool and surrounding recreational areas are at guests’ own risk. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

• The swimming pool is open between 5:00-19:30
  No eating in the swimming pool. No glassware, bottles, or cans in the pool area.

• House Rules

• To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, all guests are kindly requested to observe the following:

• Quiet hours apply from 22:00 daily. No loud noise, shouting, parties, or disturbances after this time.

• No music on patios, balconies, or outdoor areas that may disturb neighbouring guests or residents.

• Respect fellow guests’ privacy and right to peaceful enjoyment.

• No smoking inside units.

• Please use facilities, furniture, and equipment responsibly.

• Towels provided in units are for bathroom use only. Swimming towels are available on request. 

• Do not flush foreign objects or unsuitable materials down toilets or drains.

• Only registered guests may occupy and make use of the accommodation facilities

• Estate Rules

• As Sable Hills Lodge is located within Sable Hills Waterfront Estate, all guests must comply with estate regulations and security requirements, including but not limited to:

• No noise between 22:00-5:00

• Adherence to the 40km/h speed limit and traffic rules.

• Respect for estate residents, staff, wildlife, and communal spaces.

• Compliance with security procedures, gate access rules, and visitor protocols.

• No unlawful, dangerous, or disruptive behaviour.

• Any fines, penalties, or sanctions imposed due to a guest’s actions will be for the guest’s account.

• By proceeding with a booking or entering the property, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and agree to comply with all lodge and estate rules for the duration of their stay.
