Check in times and FAQ

• Children under 2 stay for free

• Children between 3 and 12 are charged at 50% discount

• Check-in time is between 14:00 & 18:00.

• Our office and admin team will process booking requests between 08:00 and 18:00 not after hours.

• Check-out time is strictly before 10:00. Guests are welcome to enjoy the facilities after vacating the room. 

• Late check-outs will be fined R100.00 per hour.

• Breakfast will be served between 08:00 and 10:30. ​

• Please be sure to use the entrance across Spar and the petrol station. Google maps route goes to the service gate.

Rules and Regulations on our indemnity forms:

​

• indemnify the indemnified party, its members, directors and employees against all claims, losses, demands, actions, damages and causes of action whatsoever arising from my stay at Sable Hills Lodge, whether suffered by me or any other third party, and I hold the indemnified party harmless there from.

• I hereby agree that in the case of any loss or damage done to the property I the indemnified party will cover all cost for the loss or breakage which will be calculated accordingly.

• I hereby agree that if I check out any of the following items from reception Hair dryer, Toaster, Iron or swimming towels, I will pay the deposit of R100 that will be paid back to me when I return the item in the same condition as it was given to me. In the case of damage or loss of the time I the indemnified party will pay the full cost of the item.

• I hereby agree to not use the towels from the units for swimming purposes. I agree to leave the towels in the unit and make use of my own swimming towel or check one out at reception.

• I hereby agree to not throw and flush any foreign objects into the toilets as the Sable Hills Lodge sewage system works with a Lilliput System and foreign objects will obstruct the toilets and hinder the function of the Lilliput system

• I hereby release the Indemnified Party, its officers, employees and agents from any speeding fines incurred by my vehicle within the Sable Hills Waterfront Estate 40kmph speed limits. I give my consent in accordance with the (POPI act) to Sable Hills Lodge to share my contact details with the necessary authority if I incur a speeding fine.

• I agree that no load music can be played after 22:30 respecting other guests and residents of the Estate.
