Venue hire for 2026 is R15000

The prices include tables and chairs, white table clothes, cutlery, crockery and glasses. 

Book 20 bed nights and receive 40% discount on venue hire.

If you book 30 bed nights you'll get 75% discount on venue hire.

Cancelation policy:

R5000 non-refundable deposit to secure your date.  This will not be refunded if the wedding is cancelled for any reason. Refunds will only be made to South African bank accounts. 

A reservation which is cancelled in its entirety, or is not taken up, is regarded as a cancellation and is subject to the following rules:

• A written request is needed.                                                                                   

• Cancellation 60 days or more, the refundable deposit will be refunded, an administration fee may be charged.                                        

• Cancellation within 30 days or less, the full payment will be forfeited.
